How to Operate:
1. Connect the inlet and outlet pipe, then put in a suitable location.
2. Put the "QV " letter on manual pump must be installed next to the bucket.

I got this to replace my previous siphon, which was falling apart and pretty nasty. When I opened this one I was a little disappointed seeing how the hose was skinnier than my old hose, and my old hose was pretty slow. I put this green thing together and was glad to see I was wrong, it sucks up the poop like a champ! It fills buckets faster than my old siphon. The pump works very well too, two squeezes and it's siphoning. My prior one took several squeezes and I had to hold a finger over the outlet.
I have a cichlid tank and a planted tank, both with sand substrate, and the square attachment works perfectly to get crap off the sand without sucking the sand up. I take that off to hit the fine crevices.
This siphon really sucks, and I'm glad I bought it. (Posted on 10/27/2021)
